Patlavath Laxman comes from a poor migrant family which lives in the Nallamala Forests where these were no electricity, transport, proper drinking water and other minimum facilities.
Laxman’s parents are P. Kotamma – Mother, P. Vashya – Father both are uneducated but awarded by heart. He is the second son to his parents. He has two brothers. Elder one P. Balu a farmer and younger one P. Shivaram an English faculty in Private University.
He went to the school at his 7 years age. He had been grazing cattle for 2 years. 2 Teachers Mr. Buggappa and balraj came to his village, convinced his parents and made them join Laxman in the school.
During his high school, Laxman suffered with severe stomach ache. The stomach ache continued till 10+2. His parents, elder brother and sister in law took a lot of troubles let Laxman get rid of his severe ache to earn their livelihood besides.
An Incident took place when he was in 8th standard. A government officer scolded him by touching the poverty, parents and family background. Then he decided not to depend on anyone else throughout the life. Still it is seriously being continued.
Turning Point
In the year 1994, Laxman joined the British Academy to learn English at Nagarkurnool District in Telangana state, which was maintained by Vangeepuram Srinatha Chary, Srinivasa Chary and their family members. Both the Charies made Laxman to do anything. Chary’s parents inculcated so many things in his mind.
Doctors as Gods
The stomach ache stayed with Laxman for 8 years. Doctors did not find the exact problem. Finally, Dr. Muralidhar from Wanaparthy operated and solved 8 years severe ache.
After one month of the surgery, Laxman had 11th standard & 10+2 exams. By sitting for 3 hours of time to write exams, some suchers of the surgery got cut and there was a big hole. He did not get through exams.
Then Laxman approached Dr. Nurjahan & Dr. Sampath kumar from Nagarkurnool of Pragathi Hospital. They re-operated at free of cost.
With all the troubles, the parents, brothers, sister in law trouble for earlier livelihood poverty, insults, rejections, health problems and social evils, he decided to do somethings in life.
A Friend
In the British Academy, Laxman met a friend called Mohan Kumar who let him stay in his house for 6 months. The facilities provided by Mr. Mohan Kumar made Laxman financial trouble free and focus on leanings.
Early Career
He started teaching Spoken English, Grammar and worked in some school as a tuitor to earn his bread & butter.
With the motivation of Mr. Mohan Kumar, he attended NLP basic licensed course conducted by Dr. Nalluri Raghava Rao. Did the Master course with the support of Pathuri Venkat Rao.
He went to Mumbai with the support of Bekkari Reddy of MBNR to attend the NLP Trainer’s Course dealt by Dr. William D Hurton, the president National federation of Neuro Linguistic Programming froborida, USA.
Inculcations
He attended the trainings of Dr. B.V. Pattabiram, Yandamoori Veerendranath, Dr. Warlu, Dr. Vishwanath, World famous trainer Shiv Khera and so on.
Speech
In the year 2001, a Sub inspector Mr. Muthaiah conducted a cultural programme at Shadnagar PS of Mahabubnagar District on the occation of 26 th January. The Chief Guest was Mr. Balasubtramanyam IPS, the honorary Guests were 1) Mr. Mallareddy IPS and Mr. Anil Kumar IPS.
The first speech of Mr. Laxman was given at that time. The anchor gave Laxman five minutes to speak. After 5 minutes, Mr. Balasubramanyam IPS came on dais and gave 1 hour time to speak.
Laxman desided to continue the career as an NLP Trainer. He dedicated to motivate, inspire and enlighten the students, youth, employees, Business people, marketers, organizations, companies and so on…..
He completed 6,148 trainings of all kinds and trained 18,14,000 participants from all walks around the country.
He solved many family problems, divorce cases, suicidal tendencies, love problems, financial crisis, business problems, education problems and so on… by his counseling, therapy and NLP technique.
